Illimani coffee
ILLIMANI has been working on the concept Explore-Coffee, in which the knowledge and experience of coffee from Bolivia is applied to coffee from other regions, particularly in South America. During a number of trips to Colombia, Peru and Brazil, we have been guests at various coffee plantations. In Colombia, for example, we have seen the famous Geishas, in Peru the plantations in Villa Rica and in Brazil the small and larger plantations with beautiful Bourbon and Catuaí in the mountains of Minas Gerais and the north of the state of Sao Paulo. An article about this last trip was published in the September issue of Cafe de Europe.
Illimani provides knowledge and experience to enable coffee producers in Bolivia to improve the quality of their coffee production.
